Eastern MLP Holding Company II, LLC completed its purchase of DECP Holdings, Inc.’s 50% limited partnership interest in Cove Point LNG, LP. The transaction brought the buyer’s total limited partnership interest to 75%.
Total consideration was approximately $3.35 billion, including cash and an estimated pro rata quarterly distribution.
