What happened
Iris Buyer LLC agreed to acquire Fire & Security Holdings, LLC, which holds interests in the subsidiaries operating ADT’s Commercial business. ADT Inc. entered into the agreement on Aug. 7, 2023.
The purchase price is $1,612,500,000 in cash, subject to customary adjustments and closing conditions.
