What happened

Cross Country Healthcare's merger with KL Criss Cross Intermediate, LLC took effect on July 21, 2026. Under the deal, each share of the company's common stock was converted into the right to receive $13.25 in cash. [01]

Following the merger, Cross Country Healthcare became a wholly-owned subsidiary of KL Criss Cross Intermediate, its common stock stopped trading on Nasdaq, and its board members and officers were replaced. [01]
