What happened

Mobix Labs has signed a merger agreement under which Vision Aerial would become a wholly owned subsidiary through a series of mergers. The consideration combines Mobix Labs Class A common stock, valued at $12 million based on a volume-weighted average price formula, with $3,000,000 in cash. [01]
