LXP Industrial Trust to merge with Lepercq Corporate Income Fund L.P.
What happened
LXP Industrial Trust and Lepercq Corporate Income Fund L.P. entered into a merger agreement on Oct. 24, 2023. Lepercq Corporate Income Fund L.P. will merge into LXP Industrial Trust, which will remain the surviving entity.
LCIF partnership units will convert into LXP common shares at the applicable conversion rate. The merger is expected to close on Dec. 31, 2023.
