What happened

Medicine Man Technologies, Inc. and its subsidiary, Evergreen Holdco, LLC, agreed to acquire substantially all of the operating assets of Sucellus, LLC and assume specified liabilities. The transaction is subject to closing conditions, including regulatory approval in New Mexico.

The purchase price will be up to approximately $38 million, subject to customary adjustments.
