Opti9 Technologies to buy Infinite Group division assets
What happened
Opti9 Technologies LLC agreed to purchase assets related to Infinite Group, Inc.’s Ace Server Management division. The division provides IT managed infrastructure services to a US government agency as a subcontractor to Peraton Enterprise Solutions LLC.
The purchase price is $7,500,000, plus the assumption of liabilities under the Peraton contract. The transaction is subject to customary conditions, including stockholder and Peraton consent, and is expected to close in June 2025.
