What happened
PAI Partners has agreed to acquire ELEMIS, the British prestige skincare brand, from L'OCCITANE Group. Under L'OCCITANE ownership ELEMIS nearly doubled net sales to over $300 million in FY2026.
Closing is expected in the first quarter of 2027, subject to customary regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Terms weren't disclosed.
