What happened
Procede Software, a dealer management system provider for the commercial vehicle industry, has acquired RIMSS, a San Antonio-based dealer management software provider founded in 1983 that supports more than 200 dealer groups in agriculture, construction and transportation. Terms were not disclosed.
The deal follows Rubicon Technology Partners' January 2026 investment in Procede. Both the Excede and RIMSS platforms will continue to be supported, and the RIMSS team in San Antonio stays in place.
