What happened

Pyrophyte Acquisition Corp. II has agreed to a business combination with Sakuu Corporation, a Delaware company, through a merger in which Pyrophyte will redomicile to Delaware and be renamed Sakuu Holdings, Inc. Sakuu's equityholders are set to receive 60,000,000 new Pyrophyte shares, calculated at $10.00 per share. [01]
