“On January 12, 2026, in conjunction with the closing of the business combination between GPGI and Husky Technologies Limited, Resolute Holdings Management, Inc. ("Resolute Holdings”, the “Company”, or “we”) and Husky Holdings LLC (“Husky Holdings” or “Husky”), a wholly owned indirect subsidiary of GPGI, entered into a management agreement pursuant to which Resolute Holdings will manage the day-to-day business and operations and oversee the strategy of Husky Holdings and its controlled affiliates (the “Husky Management Agreement”).”
