Lakeland Industries agreed to sell its high-visibility and high-performance workwear business to National Safety Apparel, LLC under an asset purchase agreement dated March 27, 2026. The sale was for $14.0 million, with part of the price held in escrow for inventory adjustments and indemnification obligations. [01]
