What happened

RISE Financial Services, LLC agreed to purchase a 20% interest in Hedge Connection, Inc. for $600,000, payable in three installments over 180 days.

The agreement also gives RISE Financial Services an option to acquire Lisa Vioni’s remaining interest in Hedge Connection at fair market value, subject to a $5 million minimum.
