What happened

RMG III and H2B2 entered into a Merger Agreement on May 9, 2023. The agreement provides for H2B2 to merge with and into RMG III, which will survive the merger and be renamed H2B2 Electrolysis Technologies, Inc.

The business combination is subject to the terms and conditions contained in the Merger Agreement.
