Sadot to acquire stake in Zambian agricultural land venture
What happened
Sadot entered into agreements to acquire a 70% interest in a special purpose vehicle holding the Farm, producing agricultural land and related assets in Zambia.
The purchase price is approximately USD $8.5 million. The Zambian Competition and Consumer Protection Commission provided final unconditional authorization on Aug. 14, 2023.
