What happened

BioLargo and Clyra Medical agreed to transfer the Scion IP back to Scion under an agreement fully executed on March 3, 2022.

In exchange, Scion agreed to accept 2,000,000 BioLargo common shares, forgive the outstanding principal and interest on the Scion Promissory Note, and return its Clyra common stock.
