What happened

Shift8 Networks, Inc. completed its acquisition of assets from Skynet Telecom LLC on Dec. 31, 2021. The purchase covered assets used in Skynet’s communications business, including I-VoIP, Unified Cloud Communications Services and IPPBX telephony systems.
