Signia Aerospace, a portfolio company of Arcline Investment Management, has signed a definitive agreement to acquire Heads Up Technologies, a portfolio company of JLL Partners. Terms weren't disclosed.
Addison, Texas-based Heads Up makes cabin management systems, audio and video distribution, cabin lighting, electronic controls and displays for business and commercial aircraft. It joins Signia's Aircraft Systems business.
