What happened
Sonoco completed its acquisition of Eviosys on Dec. 4, 2024. The purchase price was €3.615 billion, as adjusted under the Purchase Agreement.
Eviosys supplies metal packaging, including food cans, aerosol cans, metal closures and promotional packaging.
