What happened
Stonepeak has completed its acquisition of BMO Financial Group's Transportation Finance and Vendor Finance businesses in the United States and Canada, which now run independently as Longview Capital Solutions.
Longview finances commercial equipment across North America and ranks among the largest lenders to the commercial truck and trailer segment. Gary Kempinski is Longview's CEO. BMO will keep servicing and originating loans for Longview under a transition services arrangement.
