What happened
Transformaciones y Servicios Metalurgicos S.A. DE C.V. signed a binding letter of intent with Golden Minerals Company for a potential transaction involving Golden Minerals’ 100% interest in the Santa Maria mining claims in Chihuahua, Mexico.
Upon exercise of the option, Transformaciones y Servicios Metalurgicos will pay $1.5 million in cash and grant Golden Minerals a 1.5% net smelter return royalty, subject to a $1 million cap.
