Vertex Energy, Inc., through Vertex Splitter Corporation, agreed to acquire all outstanding securities of Tensile-Heartland Acquisition Corporation and Tensile-Myrtle Grove Acquisition Corporation from Tensile-Vertex Holdings LLC. The transactions would give Vertex Splitter full ownership of Heartland SPV and MG SPV.
