What happened

STRATTEC SECURITY CORPORATION sold its one-third interest in VAST LLC to WITTE as part of a restructuring involving their joint ventures. The transactions closed effective June 30, 2023.

The $18,500,000 net purchase price also included WITTE's 20% minority interest in STRATTEC Power Access LLC and the net assets of VAST LLC's Korea branch office.
