Augusta Gold Corp. acquired all outstanding membership interests of CR Reward LLC from Waterton Nevada Splitter, LLC. The acquisition closed on June 13, 2022.

Consideration included $12.5 million in cash, $15.0 million in cash and shares, and a $17.5 million deferred cash payment. CR Reward owns the Reward Mine Properties.
