What happened

Bullseye FinCo, Inc. agreed to acquire BTRS Holdings Inc. in a merger agreement entered into on Sept. 28, 2022. BTRS Holdings Inc. will survive the merger as a wholly owned subsidiary of Bullseye FinCo, Inc.
