Gorilla Technology Group Inc. entered into a Business Combination Agreement with Global SPAC Partners Co. on Dec. 21, 2021. Global will merge with Gorilla Merger Sub, Inc., with Global surviving the merger and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Gorilla.
