What happened
Galinta, the buckwheat and groats producer held by the INVL Baltic Sea Growth Fund since February 2024, has signed a deal to buy all of Worldline, the Estonian company behind the Baltix brand of packaged rice, groats and other cereal products.
Worldline should add about EUR 2.1 million in yearly revenue to a group that took in EUR 37.9 million in 2025. It follows Galinta's 2025 purchase of Ekofrisa. Closing is expected by year end, pending approval from the Estonian Competition Authority. Terms weren't disclosed.
