What happened
Limelight and College Parent entered into a purchase agreement for Limelight to acquire College Parent’s interest in Edgecast. The agreement covers all of Edgecast’s outstanding common stock.
The consideration includes approximately 71.9 million shares of Limelight common stock and an approximately $30 million cash investment in Limelight by College Parent.
