What happened

Poema Global Holdings Corp. completed its business combination with Gogoro Inc. on April 4, 2022. After the mergers, the surviving subsidiary became wholly owned by Gogoro.

Gogoro Ordinary Shares and Gogoro Warrants were expected to begin trading on Nasdaq under the symbols “GGR” and “GGROW” on April 5, 2022.
