What happened
Research Solutions, Inc. will acquire selected customer contracts for FIZ Karlsruhe’s AutoDoc service. Reprints Desk, Inc., its wholly-owned subsidiary, entered into the Asset Purchase Agreement with FIZ Karlsruhe – Leibniz-Institut für Informationsinfrastruktur GmbH on Sept. 28, 2022.
The agreement provides for a base payment of €300,000, with up to an additional €250,000 based on customer revenue.
