Spruce Lake Liability Management Holdco LLC purchased all outstanding shares of Redco Corporation from Crane Company on Aug. 12, 2022. Redco holds liabilities, including asbestos liabilities and related insurance assets.

Crane Company contributed approximately $550 million in cash to Redco before the sale, and Spruce Lake Liability Management Holdco LLC contributed $83 million at the sale.
