What happened
Zomedica Inc. completed its acquisition of substantially all of the assets of Revo Squared on July 1, 2022. Revo Squared develops, manufactures, markets, distributes and sells diagnostic imaging products and services for animal health.
The base purchase price was $6.0 million in cash, subject to working capital adjustments. Zomedica Inc. also agreed to pay up to $4.0 million in earn-out payments tied to future net sales.
