Private equity deals from SEC filings, press releases on the newswires, firms' own news pages and @carrywatch posts, and private funds from their Form D filings. Browse every deal free to see the coverage.
How do I get in?
Pro is open to everyone. Sign in with your email (we send you a link), then choose Pro here. Every deal page, and the basics of every person, firm and fund, stay free to read without an account.
Is there a free trial?
No, but every deal page and the basics of every person and company are free to read, so you can see the coverage before you pay.
Can I get a refund?
No. Payments are non-refundable. Cancel anytime and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for.
How do I cancel?
Anytime, online. In the app, open Billing from your account menu, choose Cancel subscription and confirm on Stripe's page; Manage billing on your account page opens the same Stripe page. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, and nothing more is charged.
What happens to my price if prices go up?
Nothing. If prices rise, members keep the price they joined at, for as long as they stay subscribed. If you cancel, that price ends with it.
Does my contacts file get uploaded?
No. It is read in your browser and never sent to us. Only the people and firms you choose to follow are saved. See our privacy policy.
