What happened

Contango ORE, Inc. and its subsidiary 1566004 B.C. Ltd. entered into an Arrangement Agreement with Dolly Varden Silver Corporation to acquire all of its issued and outstanding common shares. [01]

The agreement provides for an exchange of 0.1652 of a share of common stock of Contango for each Dolly Varden share. Completion is subject to required approvals and other customary conditions. [01]
